OPEN-SOURCE INCIDENT INDEX
Cyber incidents in Singapore
Publicly reported cybersecurity incidents affecting Singapore organisations, collected from news, security publications, and official notices.
This index is collected and analysed from public sources. It may contain omissions or errors and should not be regarded as a complete or authoritative record. Verify details with the linked sources.
Ordinary reports are added while an incident has fewer than 6 confirmed sources. Verified releases issued by the affected organisation can exceed this limit and appear first. Older references are preserved.
Confidence is a source-based score, not incident severity or a probability of accuracy. The highest source tier sets the base: official/government 60, news/security press 50, aggregator 35, other 30, and social media 10 (no sources: 0). Each additional distinct non-social domain adds 15 points, capped at 100. High: 60–100; Medium: 30–59; Low: 0–29. Different domains can repeat the same report, so higher scores do not guarantee independent confirmation. Verify the linked sources.
Date shows the incident date, or the reported date when the incident date is unavailable.
